Rose Ann Rowlett of Field Guides Incorporated share the article:

“Undescribed species of flowerpecker that Richard Webster discovered along the
BRL canopy walkway back in June 2009 while we were scouting for our upcoming
Field Guides tour. We determined that it is a new species, and we'd like to get
a copy of the paper to Wangkong Intal, our guide during our visit, who also got
to see the bird after we had shown him the photos. We'll be interested to know
if he has seen it since. We appreciate the wonderful BRL and your handling of
our Field Guides tours there, including the one coming up this next summer.
Many thanks for getting this paper with the photos to all who would be
interested in the birds at BRL”.
